Choosing an ergonomic chair should not be based on height alone. Your back length, sitting height, leg length, thigh length, shoulder width, and arm length can also affect how well a chair fits you. Seat depth and adjustment range are particularly important for achieving a comfortable sitting position.
Our ergonomic chairs are designed to fit most users between 155–190 cm (5'1"–6'3") in height, with a weight capacity of up to 150 kg (330 lbs).

Yes. HOLLUDLE ergonomic chairs are designed to provide adjustable support for extended periods of sitting. We recommend adjusting the chair according to your body proportions and preferred sitting posture.
HOLLUDLE chairs require self-assembly. The assembly process is designed to be straightforward and usually takes around 15–30 minutes for one person.
Please provide your order number or the email address used to place the order. If you used a different email address when placing the order, please provide that email as well so we can locate your order and check its status. If the payment was not completed successfully, the order may not have been officially generated.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can usually help with cancellation or changes such as updating the shipping address. If the order has already been shipped, additional interception or return costs may apply.
European orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. We can deliver to the mainland areas of all EU countries. Remote areas and certain special regions may not be available for delivery.
US orders are shipped from warehouses in the Eastern or Western United States. We can deliver to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote or special areas may not be available for delivery.
We usually arrange shipment within one business day after your order is placed. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. For standard deliveries in Spain, for example, delivery usually takes around 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can check the latest delivery status.
Sometimes the warehouse has already handed the package to the carrier, but the carrier has not scanned it yet. Delivery may also be affected by weekends, holidays, high shipping volumes, or local delivery conditions. If your chair arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free return service and take care of the return shipping costs. Please provide photos or videos of the issue so we can quickly understand the situation and process your request.
For minor issues such as a cracked part, missing bolt, or other replaceable components, we will usually send free replacement parts instead of requiring a full return. This helps resolve issues faster, reduces waste, and supports our sustainability goals.
If you change your mind, order the wrong model, or provide an incorrect shipping address, we still accept returns within the 14-Day worry-free period, subject to our return terms and conditions.
To request a return, please provide your order number and the reason for your request, and our team will guide you through the process.
Once the return has been received and processed, the refund will be issued according to the applicable refund procedure. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
HOLLUDLE chairs come with a 5-year commercial warranty, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers qualifying product defects and quality issues in accordance with our warranty terms and conditions.

Le puedes regular la almohadilla de la zona lumbar, el reposacabezas, la altura de los reposabrazos y la posición de estos, la altura del asiento y puedes reclinarte, el sillón es muy cómodo muy mullido, lo recomiendo.
Es muy cómoda, lo único malo es que para subir y bajar el reposacabezas cuesta mucho muchísimo, y me ha venido con un reposabrazos un poco defectuoso. Nada más. Muy bien

Der Stuhl ist wirklich von hoher Qualität. Auch die Verpackung war eine Klasse für sich: Alle Teile waren so sorgfältig gesichert, dass in der Box nichts herumflog. Sämtliche Schrauben waren ordentlich verpackt, voneinander getrennt und es gab sogar Ersatzschrauben. Ein Schraubendreher war ebenfalls dabei.
Es gibt keinerlei unangenehmen Geruch, alles funktioniert einwandfrei, und die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Ich bin der Firma sehr dankbar, denn mein Mann sitzt jetzt nicht nur viel am Computer, sondern auch bequem und ohne Belastung für Gesundheit und Blutgefäße.

I’ve been using this Ergonomic Office Chair with 3D Lumbar Support & 3D Adjustable Armrests for my daily work, and it has made a noticeable difference—especially for my sciatica pain.The V-back design combined with the 3D lumbar support does an excellent job of supporting my lower back. I can actually feel the lumbar area staying aligned instead of collapsing after a few hours, which used to trigger discomfort with my old chair. After long workdays, my lower back and leg pain are significantly reduced.The 2D headrest is easy to adjust and provides solid neck support when leaning back during breaks or calls. It’s not bulky, but it’s supportive enough to relieve neck tension. The 3D adjustable armrests are another highlight—they move smoothly and can be positioned exactly where I need them, which helps keep my shoulders relaxed while typing.
When I opened the box I thought to myself…. I HAVE to write this product a review! I mean wow this product blew me away. Everything was packaged so nicely, the assembly was so clearly laid out and they even provided a little pair of white gloves to protect my hands during assembly , I mean talk about going above and beyond. The chair once assembled is gorgeous and so comfy and adjustable in all the right ways. And It was more comfortable on the seat part than my partner which is triple the price! I literally couldn’t be happier with the product and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would. Enjoy
This ergonomic office chair with 3D lumbar support and adjustable armrests feels like a product where the designers really thought through the full user experience, right from unboxing to daily use.Starting with the packaging, there’s a clever little tool attached to the box (secured with sellotape) that helps you open the packaging cleanly without risking damage to the contents. Even better, it can also be reused to open the individual internal packages. A really thoughtful touch. The inclusion of assembly gloves is another small but appreciated detail, helping keep your hands clean while putting everything together. The only thing missing was a floor protection sheet, which would have completed the setup experience nicely.Assembly itself is fairly straightforward. It took me under an hour to build on my own, although that was partly due to a couple of silly mistakes along the way. Having an extra pair of hands would definitely help when attaching the backrest to the seat and when placing the seat onto the central pole, as those steps can be a bit awkward solo.Once assembled, the chair performs well. The height adjustment lever works smoothly, allowing you to raise and lower the seat with ease. The chair is comfortable to sit on, offering good support for extended periods at a desk. The V-back design and lumbar support feel supportive without being intrusive, and the adjustable armrests add to the overall ergonomic feel.The only real downside is the tilt mechanism. While it does offer a few positions, it’s limited to three fixed settings, which feels a bit restrictive. A more fluid or free-tilt option would have made the chair feel even more premium and adaptable.Overall, this is a well-designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully packaged office chair that’s easy to assemble and pleasant to use. With a slightly more flexible tilt mechanism and a floor protector included, it would be very close to perfect.
