Choosing an ergonomic chair should not be based on height alone. Your back length, sitting height, leg length, thigh length, shoulder width, and arm length can also affect how well a chair fits you. Seat depth and adjustment range are particularly important for achieving a comfortable sitting position.
Our ergonomic chairs are designed to fit most users between 155–190 cm (5'1"–6'3") in height, with a weight capacity of up to 150 kg (330 lbs).

Yes. HOLLUDLE ergonomic chairs are designed to provide adjustable support for extended periods of sitting. We recommend adjusting the chair according to your body proportions and preferred sitting posture.
HOLLUDLE chairs require self-assembly. The assembly process is designed to be straightforward and usually takes around 15–30 minutes for one person.
Please provide your order number or the email address used to place the order. If you used a different email address when placing the order, please provide that email as well so we can locate your order and check its status. If the payment was not completed successfully, the order may not have been officially generated.
If your order has not been shipped yet, we can usually help with cancellation or changes such as updating the shipping address. If the order has already been shipped, additional interception or return costs may apply.
European orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany. We can deliver to the mainland areas of all EU countries. Remote areas and certain special regions may not be available for delivery.
US orders are shipped from warehouses in the Eastern or Western United States. We can deliver to the 48 contiguous states of the United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote or special areas may not be available for delivery.
We usually arrange shipment within one business day after your order is placed. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier. For standard deliveries in Spain, for example, delivery usually takes around 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can check the latest delivery status.
Sometimes the warehouse has already handed the package to the carrier, but the carrier has not scanned it yet. Delivery may also be affected by weekends, holidays, high shipping volumes, or local delivery conditions. If the tracking information remains unchanged for an extended period, we will contact the carrier and request an update.

For orders shipped from our European warehouse to destinations within the EU, customers normally do not need to pay additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.
HOLLUDLE offers a 14-Day worry-free return period.
If your chair arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free return service and take care of the return shipping costs. Please provide photos or videos of the issue so we can quickly understand the situation and process your request.
For minor issues such as a cracked part, missing bolt, or other replaceable components, we will usually send free replacement parts instead of requiring a full return. This helps resolve issues faster, reduces waste, and supports our sustainability goals.
If you change your mind, order the wrong model, or provide an incorrect shipping address, we still accept returns within the 14-Day worry-free period, subject to our return terms and conditions.
To request a return, please provide your order number and the reason for your request, and our team will guide you through the process.
Once the return has been received and processed, the refund will be issued according to the applicable refund procedure. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
HOLLUDLE chairs come with a 5-year commercial warranty, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers qualifying product defects and quality issues in accordance with our warranty terms and conditions.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, a replacement product, or another appropriate solution.
The warranty does not cover damage or problems caused by improper use, misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, failure to follow the product instructions, normal wear and tear, or other circumstances not resulting from a product defect.
This commercial warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the official HOLLUDLE website (this website). For products purchased through authorized third-party platforms, please contact the customer service team of the respective store or platform for warranty assistance.
This commercial warranty does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply under local law.

I’m 1.95 m tall, and this chair fits me perfectly. It feels very comfortable and supportive, even during long hours at my desk. The materials feel solid and high quality, and the chair is stable, well built, and easy to adjust. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it, especially to taller people.
Ho utilizzato questa sedia per diversi giorni durante il mio lavoro di videomaker e ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. Il montaggio è semplice, i materiali sono di buona qualità e le numerose regolazioni permettono di trovare facilmente una posizione comoda. Il prodotto è arrivato dopo un paio di giorni dall’ordine, intatto e ben confezionato in una scatola completa di tutte le istruzioni per il montaggio. La consegna è stata curata e affidabile.
La sedia HOLLUDLE si presenta con un design curato e materiali che, a prima vista, appaiono solidi e ben lavorati. Lo schienale ha un’estetica moderna e offre un certo supporto ergonomico, grazie anche al sistema lombare che si adatta ai movimenti di chi è seduto. Un dettaglio interessante, soprattutto per chi passa molte ore alla scrivania.
La seduta è ben imbottita e traspirante, e le regolazioni possibili – altezza, inclinazione, braccioli e poggiatesta – permettono una buona personalizzazione. Tuttavia, il meccanismo a bilanciere risulta un po’ troppo morbido per chi ha bisogno di una seduta più rigida durante lunghe sessioni di lavoro, e questo può diventare un limite col tempo.
In sintesi, si tratta di una buona sedia per chi cerca un compromesso tra estetica, funzionalità ed ergonomia, con qualche piccolo difetto che passa comunque in secondo piano. Il prezzo è in linea con ciò che offre, ma non la definirei una “scelta eccellente” in assoluto.
Ne consiglio l’acquisto anche per il suo buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Muy cómoda que recoge muy bien la parte lumbar. Buenas prestaciones para personas que se pasen muchas horas trabajando. Regulable en altura tanto la silla, como los reposabrazos. El reposa cabeza es abatible y se puede ajustar aí como el cuidado de la parte lumbar. Material transpirable con un asiento muy cómodo.
La sedia arriva in una confezione abbastanza voluminosa,. Tutte le parti sono ben protette da pluribal o piccole scatoleed anche Il montaggio è semplice ed abbastanza veloce, circa una ventina di minuti.
Una volta montata la sedia risutla molto solida e comoda, grazie anche alla forma ergonomica.
La seduta è abbastanza ampia, mentre lo schienale, realizzato in rete, oltre ad avere una buona rigidità, si dimostrerà sicuramente utilissimo nel periodo estivo in quanto traspirante. Il supporto lombare regolabile è fantastico mentre il poggiatesta è comodissimo anche per le persone di statura ridotta (160cm). I bracioli sono regolabili sia in altezza che in angolazione, e questo è decisamente un punto a favore. Le ruore scorrono perfettamente e senza problemi sulle superfici su cui è stata testata.
Dopo un mese di utilizzo mi ritendo estremamente soddisfatto del prodotto.
Very happy with this chair. It's sturdy and comfortable. The back is a little straighter than would prefer but able to keep the adjustment loser to lean back for a little stretch. Head rest is perfect for my smaller height. If taller may not work out as well. Got the white and grey which looks great for lighter decor look.

Es quizá la mejor silla para oficina, o escritorio que he tenido, increíblemente cómoda, se ajusta al contorno del cuerpo y los materiales son de buena calidad, tornillería incluida!!...el precio hace honor a la calidad!!.
Esta bien aunque el montaje costó un pelin por las instrucciones. Pero nada que no se arregle prestando atención. Es comoda y las ruedas van muy bien.

Cette chaise, c’est un peu comme un bon collègue : elle soutient ton dos, ne t’interrompt jamais, et ne se plaint pas quand tu passes huit heures d’affilée en réunion Zoom. Son design en V, plutôt classe, cache un vrai cœur ergonomique avec un support lombaire ultra appréciable, des accoudoirs réglables et une assise ferme mais confortable — le combo parfait pour ton dos et ta productivité.
Le montage ? Pas une promenade de santé, mais rien d’insurmontable avec un peu de patience (et un café). Bonus : tous les outils sont fournis, jusqu’aux gants. Une fois montée, elle inspire tout de suite confiance : structure solide, finitions propres, et un confort de grande qui rivalise avec certaines chaises pro bien plus chères.
Côté usage, elle se montre à la hauteur : silencieuse, stable, bien pensée… même si certains petits détails (comme l’appuie-tête un peu limité ou les accoudoirs sans verrouillage) pourraient être améliorés pour les plus pointilleux.
En résumé : une chaise qui coche presque toutes les cases du confort de bureau, avec un look élégant en prime. Si ton dos crie "au secours" à chaque journée de télétravail, cette Holludle pourrait bien devenir ton nouveau meilleur ami.

La silla viene muy bien protegida, cada pieza con su plástico e incluso burbujas, en una caja que incluye hasta un abridor de plástico para abrir el sello de celo de la caja. Es muy fácil de montar, se hace en menos de media hora y se incluyen todas las herramientas.
La silla es regulable en altura gracias al resorte de gas. Tiene un respaldo balanceante que podemos fijar en cualquier posición con una de las palancas y lleva un soporte lumbar que es regulable en altura y en profundidad. Los reposabrazos podemos subirlos, bajarlos, rotarlos e incluso echarlos para delante por lo que tiene muchísima configuración. En cuanto al cojín es de espuma muy cómoda y al igual que el respaldo, está hecho de malla que mejora la transpirabilidad evitando el calor que da la piel o tela en contacto con la piel.
This chair seems ok, particularly for your posture as you can adjust it to the right height and position. It seems to be made of quite sturdy material and so therefore I believe it will last quite a long time. It wasn't the easiest thing to put together but also a novice could do it. Nice colour, nice size!!
