Refund & Return Policy
At Holludle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every Holludle product undergoes thorough quality inspections before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
If you have any questions regarding your order, returns, refunds, or warranty claims, please contact our customer support team at support@holludleoffice.com. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution:

The return is due to an error on our part.

The product arrives damaged or defective and cannot be reasonably resolved through replacement parts or troubleshooting.

An incorrect item was shipped.

The order was delivered to an incorrect address due to our error.

Duplicate items were shipped.

The product experiences a manufacturing defect within 14 days of delivery, provided it has been assembled and used according to the instructions supplied.
To help us evaluate any reported issue, we may request photographs or videos showing the condition of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Providing supporting evidence helps us process your request more efficiently and determine the most appropriate solution.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer one or more of the following remedies:

Many issues involving ergonomic chairs can be resolved by replacing individual components rather than returning the entire chair. Where appropriate, we may provide replacement parts and installation guidance to help resolve the issue quickly and conveniently.
We do not send technicians or repair personnel to customers' homes.
Our goal is always to resolve issues fairly and ensure a positive customer experience.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Holludle is not responsible for delivery failures, delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer, including but not limited to:

Incorrect street address

Missing apartment, suite, or unit number

Incorrect postal code

Incorrect recipient name

Invalid or unreachable phone number
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, storage fees, redelivery costs, or other carrier charges incurred.
Orders lost or delivered incorrectly as a result of inaccurate address information supplied by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.
Where possible, we will work with the customer to arrange reshipment at the customer's expense.
14-Day Return Period
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.
To initiate a return request, please contact us at support@holludleoffice.com before returning any item.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective product, shipping error, or another issue caused by Holludle, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
If the return is not related to a product defect or our error, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
Examples include:

Product does not meet personal expectations

Product is no longer wanted

Ordering the wrong item

Purchasing too many items

Providing an incorrect shipping address

Misunderstanding product specifications or features
Because ergonomic chairs are large and heavy products, return shipping costs may be substantial depending on your location and selected carrier.
Prepaid return shipping labels are not provided for customer-responsible returns.
Ergonomic Comfort Disclaimer
Our chairs are designed to provide ergonomic support and promote healthy sitting posture. However, comfort preferences, body types, and physical conditions vary between individuals.
Holludle does not guarantee that any product will eliminate, treat, cure, or prevent back pain, neck pain, or any other medical condition.
If you experience discomfort while using the product, we recommend reviewing the chair adjustment settings and consulting a qualified healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
Individual comfort preferences and personal expectations regarding ergonomic performance do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Price Adjustment Policy
All prices displayed on our website are final at the time of purchase.
We do not provide refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements for:

Price reductions after an order has been placed

Promotional campaigns launched after purchase

Discount codes not applied at checkout
-
Limited-time sales events
-
Seasonal or holiday promotions
Customers are encouraged to review all pricing and promotions before completing their purchase.
Promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
Inspection and Refunds
Once a returned item is received, we will inspect it to verify its condition.
If the product is confirmed to be defective or the return has been approved according to this policy, a refund or replacement will be issued as appropriate.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds typically appear within 7–15 business days after approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been shipped.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it is considered shipped and can no longer be cancelled directly.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order after shipment, the request will be treated as a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
The customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, carrier return fees, storage fees, interception fees, refused delivery charges, or other logistics costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
Any refund will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
We can attempt to stop the shipment; however, any carrier interception or return fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the refund. Original shipping charges and non-refundable carrier fees may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
European Orders
For customers located in the European Union, this policy does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
Customers may refuse delivery of the package.
If a refused package is returned to us, return transportation costs incurred by Holludle may be deducted from the refund amount.
For most European destinations, these costs typically range from EUR 30–50 per item, depending on the carrier and destination.
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
Delivery Delays and Cancellation Requests
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
If an order is delayed but remains in transit with active tracking updates, cancellation requests may be treated as customer-initiated returns and subject to applicable return shipping costs and carrier fees.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier or cannot be delivered within a reasonable period due to circumstances within our control, customers may be eligible for a replacement shipment or refund.
Holludle is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, public holidays, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Shipping Protection & Delivery Claims
To provide additional peace of mind, customers may choose to purchase optional Shipping Protection during checkout.
If Shipping Protection is purchased, eligible lost or damaged shipments will be handled in accordance with the terms of the Shipping Protection coverage.
If Shipping Protection is not purchased, delivery issues will be handled in accordance with the carrier's investigation procedures and our standard policies.
If a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, customers should notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier and, where applicable, our fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and submit any eligible claims.
Please note that carrier investigations and claims may require additional processing time and are subject to the carrier's procedures and decisions.
Refunds or replacements for shipments involved in an active carrier investigation will generally be issued after the investigation has been completed or when sufficient information is available to determine responsibility.
Holludle reserves the right to provide a replacement product or a refund, where appropriate, after the investigation has concluded.
Manufacturer Warranty
After the 14-day return period has expired, customers remain covered by the Holludle 5-Year Manufacturer Warranty for eligible manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use.
