Yes, we have our own local warehouse, so you will typically receive packages shipped directly from there. Thank you.
2. DPD Remote / Island Postcodes & Special Area Postcodes (Europe Only)
The following postcodes are classified as remote areas, island areas, or special delivery zones within Europe by DPD. If the shipping postcode of your order falls within the postcode ranges listed below and you selected DPD shipping at checkout, your shipment will be automatically changed to DHL when dispatched.
This adjustment is made to help ensure successful delivery and reduce delays or service restrictions in those areas.

3. Shipping Time
The delivery time for your order consists of two parts:
Processing time: 2-3 business days
Shipping time: 3-7 business days
Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate. If there is any incorrect or missing information, we may need to contact you to update the delivery details, which could cause delays in shipping your order. Additionally, customs clearance processes may also result in delays.
Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which could extend the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the postal service may leave a notice card with instructions on how and where to collect your package.
Please note that we cannot arrange reshipping for parcels that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the package is returned due to unavailability.

5.How long will my product take?
We will ship your order within 1-2 working days, Shipment from our own warehouse locally, and it usually takes 2-7 working days for the parcel to arrive at your doorstep.
